Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason the product is not as per your order you can initiate a refund or replacement without any hassle by contacting our customer care team.
If any alteration is required in delivered product, you can kindly courier it us back with the perfect measurement instructions given to us in written on a piece of paper or call us for the same. It will be done without any extra charges. You may need to send us the original invoice, received with the product.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched!!!)
The refund will be credited either in the form of E-vouchers and/or an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:
Bank Name
Account Holder Name
Bank Account Number
Branch Address
IFSC Code
We take anywhere between 5-7 working days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. Refunds can either be made in the form of E-vouchers that can be used for your future purchase on Aventurine.in or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.
