Order Processing:
• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours from our warehouses across India.
• In some adverse situation we may require additional processing time. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
• Delivery timelines can be checked using the “Check Delivery" option on the product page.
• Most locations are eligible for 48-hour delivery (excluding processing time).
• Deliveries are made on business days only (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Charges:
Domestic (India):
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000.
• A flat ₹50 shipping fee applies to orders below this value within India.
International Shipping & Customs
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• All international orders are shipped from India via trusted logistics partners.
• Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges, as per your country’s regulations.
• These charges, if applicable, must be paid directly by the customer at the time of delivery.
• Aventurine does not control or pre-calculate these charges.
Important:
• If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the shipping cost will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
U.S. Shipping Disclaimer
As per current U.S. import regulations, shipments to the United States may attract additional duties or tariffs. These charges are:
• Collected by the courier at delivery
• Fully payable by the customer
Aventurine is not liable for these charges and recommends reviewing local import regulations before placing an order.
